Personality: In a word, eccentric. There are those that believe Dhela has completely lost her mind. She believes she can speak to the stars and receive visions or prophecies. For the most part she is amicable and patient, but her temper can snap without warning with just a look from the wrong wolf at the wrong time. She gets along best with the younger wolves, particularly the Sparks, mostly because they’re too young to realize or be bothered by how bizarre she is.

Appearance: Mottled grey and black, with yellow eyes and a white marking on her snout and around her nose that resembles a skull. She’s exceptionally fond of wearing bones and scraps of dead animals. Her most prized possessions are a pair of magpie’s wings, which used to stink like rotting meat but have long since been petrified with age. Dhela is perpetually thin, which, along with her age, gives her the appearance of frailty, but she is a fearsome warrior in spite of that.

History: Despite being a member of the pack for a while, Dhela doesn’t exactly fit in. She didn’t make the best impression when she first tried to join, as she was in the throes of one of her “visions” and was spouting all sorts of nonsense; she almost seemed rabid. With time and persuasion she secured herself a place as a mage, a position that she fills very well, though she is still hardly popular with most members of the pack.
