Point Transfer Requests

What Is This?
Here is where users can request to give points to another member. The details of the transaction - such as if it needs to be repaid, when that due date would be, and the amount of points being transferred - should be discussed between the two users beforehand... unless this is a surprise gift, of course. You can request to give points to multiple users at a time, but each individual transaction requires it's own separate form, and if the user giving away points doesn't have enough, all transfers will be denied.

NOTE: The user giving away the points must be the one to complete this form, otherwise the transaction will be denied.

Other
If you run a point-shop for your art, coding, etc., then all transactions will be dealt with on your shops thread. Royals will review posts there and base the point transfer on the forms you provide in your shop; using this thread is not necessary.

If the user receiving points posts a form, the transaction will be denied AND the member they requested points from will be contacted. If the "giving" user says that they were unaware of the request, then the "receiving" user will get a warning. Plus, it's embarrassing. Like, the least sneaky way of trying to steal.
